Barre-lates is a fitness class with a mix of Barre & Pilates.

Taught by the amazing Sheri Richardson with over 20 years in the fitness business!

Come burn calories, while toning, shaping and building muscle

All ages and skills are welcome!!




You will need: light (1-3lb) weights, yoga mat



Sessions run for 8 weeks
Drop in and start anytime!
